The property was originally built in 1922 and was built by famed architect Stiles O. Clemens, who is also known for designing the El Capitan Theater. Later, when Tim Curry acquired the home, he went through a long phase of restoring the property. Before Paul bought the space back in 2019, a lot of well-known stars had owned and lived in the property, including basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and actors Noah Wyle, Robert Pattinson, and Jim Parsons. The property is surrounded by greenery from all angles and has outdoor features like a koi pond, a freeform pool, grassy pads surrounding the main residence area, fire pits, a cold plunge, a spa, and a natural amphitheater, to name a few. The interior of the home remains consistent with its original Spanish Colonial design; however, the actor renovated the property to his taste, adding a rustic touch. The entire home is adorned with shades of brown, featuring wood paneling and wooden flooring throughout. Spanning 4,026 square feet, the space also has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room fire space and stunning views of the surrounding area in Los Feliz.DISCLAIMER: Figures presented in this article are derived from various public sources and are considered approximate unless explicitly noted.
